Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actor. His television career began with acting roles, notably Opposite Sext in the year 2000. The actor gained fame for his performance as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero from Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer in 2007. Evans appeared in further films based on comics and graphic novels such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he gained more recognition for his role as Steve Rogers/Captain American. The films was a part of Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 and Captain America: Civil War. Also, he appeared as Captain America in The Avengers Age of Ultron in 2015 Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame In 2019. The Marvel films made him one of the most highly paid Hollywood actors.
